The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olexandr Moroz had a meeting with the Prime-Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on Monday, 30 July.
The officials discussed social and political situation in the country.
Inter alia, they agreed upon the necessity of holding the extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 5th Convocation next week. The relevant commissions were issued to procure quality preparation.
The following issues were also considered: decision of the Constitutional Court regarding benefits for the citizens; amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine; Laws adopted by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine after 5 June 2007, esp. regarding State purchase; legal provision of election announced by the President of Ukraine etc.
