Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman told this the Era Radio station on Wednesday.

Groysman said the society must understand how the reforms would further be implemented. "I am now trying to systematize the work on adoption of laws at the level of the Parliament. On the one hand we can systematize the law adoption process. The laws passed so far are not bad at all. However, all the decisions must later be embodied, which actually goes beyond functions of the Parliament," he said.

Groysman said the sector of health care was a basic one. "That is the most complicated service the society needs," he said adding that the state was fully responsible for that field.

"No approach has been formed to reform the health care sector over the last year. I believe this was a great failure. We have to find a model of functioning of different medical establishments," he said.
