Starting today, the official website of the Ukrainian Parliament will publish all deputy inquiries, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said on Monday, October 19.

"Starting today, all deputy inquiries will be posted on the official website of the Ukrainian Parliament," he said.

"Taking in account high hopes of the society as to the purge of the power, such innovations are destined to prevent from and reveal corruption elements in the activity of people's deputies of Ukraine," the Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament said.

"The incidents with deputy inquiries that can be bargained should be left in the past," Groysman said.

The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament said that all deputy inquiries are now registered at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and their consideration is put on agenda of plenary meetings.

At that Groysman noted that the situation with deputy inquiries and letters was still quite complicated "as those documents were not registered anywhere," and "yet the content of the deputy inquiries was not available for the public."

The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament said he would initiate amendments to the legislation to allow the promulgation of deputy inquiries. At the same time, Groysman called on the people's deputies to post their deputy inquiries on the official website of the Ukrainian Parliament.
