O. Moroz, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada, stays with a working visit in Mariupol´ on the eve of Metallurgist Day. 

O. Moroz visited the Open Joint-Stock Company "Mariupol´ Illich Metallurgical Works" and a number of objects of plant infrastructure, met the workers of the plant, visited Mariupol´ commercial port.

Speaking at the meeting with the workers of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Mariupol´ Illich Metallurgical Works", O. Moroz characterized situation in Ukraine as "complicated, artificially conditioned, and destitute of any economic or social prerequisites." According to his speech, "political forces headed by the President, strive towards revision of power" for settlement of their own corporate interests.

The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada also stated that inseparability of business and power is one of the reasons for current situation.

O. Moroz deems necessary to implement the second stage of political reform concerning local government, namely, to decentralize authority, "to give it to the people, who will form it; and the results of its activity should be appraised by the electors." "Authority should meet the demands of the public", - believes the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
