Opening the meeting of the conciliatory council on Monday, Groysman said the Verkhovna Rada had proved to be able to immediately take important decisions.
"We have to create rules that would ensure further adoption of quality decisions only," he said.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada also announced the launch of the Needs Assessment Mission headed by European politician Pat Cox. The mission will estimate the volume of the program of parliamentary support and capacity building to implement the Memorandum of Understanding between the European Parliament and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on a Joint Framework for Parliamentary Support and Capacity Building, and called on all the parties to join the process.
