The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Olexander Moroz, criticised the idea of timing Parliamentary Elections to the forthcoming date for the Election of The President of Ukraine.

'I am against any such precariousness', said O. Moroz at a Press Conference in Kirovohrad, during his one-day Working Visit to the Kirovohrad Region.

The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said he hopes the majority in the new Parliament will be created from the same MPs. After the majority has been created, said O. Moroz, 'we shall mobilise the necessary number of voices to complete the political reform, so that we may bring some order to relations in the higher echelons'. He believes that this will put an end to the ignoring of The Constitution of Ukraine and manipulation of the Law.
