Dear residents of the city of Vinnytsia,
I congratulate all the residents of this great and native to me city on the City Day!
Your achievements on the way to the development of Vinnytsia as a European city is a result of joint efforts and work of the whole Vinnytsia community on the implementation of the Vinnytsia-2020 strategy.
