The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olexander Moroz insists on strict observance of Election Law at the Final Stage of Early Parliament Elections.

 

Commenting on the reported infringements of the Election Law, and in particular the bribery of voters, and the rigging of voters´ lists, vote counts, and Minutes in Cherkasy, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv and the Kyiv Region, etc. O. Moroz stressed the necessity of absolute observance of the Election Law provisions by all election campaign workers. He also insists that Court appeals should be lodged in certain cases, to ensure that any actions taken always remain within the legislation framework.

 

"The elections must be transparent and fair," the Chairman of the Parliament quoted V. Yushchenko.
