Groysman notes that the adoption of the draft laws that expand the authorities
of local self-government bodies in the field of the state registration of
proprietory rights to real estate and the provision of administrative services
is the first step to eliminate corrupt centralized vertical in Ukraine.
"These
laws are what we need. We have eventually decentralized the services having
transferred them to the local level. That is totally a European-style
practice," he added.
