Every people's deputy must vote for the constitutional amendments on decentralization. Failure to take the decision would be the greatest crime against our state, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman told the Pravo na Vladu [Right to Power] TV show on 1+1 TV channel on Thursday.

The Head of the Verkhovna Rada is confident that the decentralization reform is quite effective "to ensure quality life standards" and the conclusion of the Venice Commission on respective draft law indicates "that we have fully observed the European Charter of Local Self-Government."

The Head of the Verkhovna Rada is confident that without the decentralization reform, the implementation of reforms in other sectors would be impossible.
