In
particular, the draft law No. 1831 offers to oblige TV organizations and
programs providers to disclose information about real ownership structure and
provide data on end-beneficiaries; to introduce the mechanism of control over
authenticity of the said information; to allow the National Television and
Radio Broadcasting Council to request additional information about the
structure of ownership of the said information activity entities; etc.
