Dear boys and girls,
Today is a great opportunity to remind the authorities, all of us, adults, about the necessity to respect rights of children and observe them strictly, as that is an integral part of formation of human society.
This first summer day I wish all of you sound health, parental care, success in studies, embodiment of your dreams, and the most important — peace.
