Head of group for interparliamentary relations with Qatar Andrii Artemenko meets with leadership of Qatar, Defense and Foreign Affairs Ministries of Qatar

In the frames of the meeting with the Ukrainian delegation, Speaker of the Advisory Council [the Parliament] of Qatar Mohamed bin Mubarak al-Kholaifi invited Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman to visit Qatar.

He promised that respective interparliamentary group of friendship with Ukraine will soon be established at the Advisory Council of Qatar.

In turn, Andrii Artemenko promised to tender the invitation to the Head of the Verkhovna Rada.

Besides, members of the Ukrainian delegation also met with Minister of Defense of Qatar Major General Hamad Bin Ali Al Attiyah.

The parties discussed opportunities of cooperation between the countries in military and industrial sector, in particular, possible opening of joint ventures to produce modern military and technical goods.

The Ukrainian delegation also consisted of Verkhovna Rada deputies Andrii Teteruk and Denys Sylantiev.
