Syroid: Ukraine puts high hopes on Riga Eastern Partnership summit

“Ukraine expresses considerable gratitude for the consistent support of Portugal to Ukraine in international and European organizations in preservation of sovereignty and territorial integrity against the background of Russia’s military aggression upon our state,” Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Oksana Syroid said in the frames of negotiations with a delegation of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Portuguese Republic headed by State Secretary for European Affairs in the Government of Portugal Bruno Macaes.
Syroid told Portuguese colleagues that Ukraine puts high hopes on the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga (Latvia) on May 21-22.
Another participant of the meeting was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Portuguese Republic to Ukraine Maria Cristina Serpa de Almeida.
