I sincerely congratulate the teaching staff, employees, students and graduates of the Academy of Municipal Administration on its 20th foundation anniversary.
Over these years, the Academy has become a well-known and authoritative center of education and re-qualification of staff for local self-government bodies and local authorities.
I am confident that Your knowledge, progressive approaches and experience will serve the mission of educating managers of new generation, who will introduce reforms of decentralization of power and local governing, will become effective managers at renewed self-sufficient territorial communities.
