The legislative act stipulates terminating pensions for officials of supervisory authorities during their work on these positions and canceling one-time assistance for families in case of death of an official of supervisory authorities, as well as for officials themselves in case of receiving severe, trivial or moderate injuries when performing their duties.
Respective amendments shall be made to articles 344 and 346 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
