The bill (Reg. No. 2259) stipulates increasing the level of protecting investors' rights by:
introducing derivative action;
introducing responsibility of officials of economic companies;
establishing an order of recognizing a deal as void and returning the profit back;
creating conditions for transferring quasi-public companies into private form; etc.
