The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (re officials of supervisory bodies)

Under the bill (Reg. No. 2210), payment of pensions to officials of supervisory bodies during the period of their work within these bodies shall be withheld, as well as payment of a lump-sum allowance to families, in case of death on an official of supervisory body, or to officials themselves in case they were done harm when performing their official duties.

The respective amendments are to be made to articles 344 and 346 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Committee member upheld the bill adoption of which will allow balance the budget of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and promote efficient and rational use of budgetary funds.
