The bill (Reg. No. 2141) aims at providing residents of state ownership dormitories with an opportunity to privatize their residential premises after transferring dormitories into ownership of territorial communities.
Following the results of considering the bill on State Budget for 2015 (Reg. No. 1000), the Committee submitted its proposals to the Ministry of Finance and the Committee on Budget.
The Committee recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law on amendments to annex 3 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015" (re capital repair of dormitories that are transferred from state ownership to ownership of territorial communities) in the first reading and in entirety as law.
