The Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the Law “On State Registration of Legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors” re simplifying dissolution of legal persons by means of merge, unification, split and transformation (reorganization), and the bill on changing the system of economy management

The bill on amendments to the Law “On State Registration of Legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors” re simplifying dissolution of legal persons by means of merge, unification, split, and transformation (reorganization) (Reg. No. 1416) was elaborated by Committee members (V. Halasiuk, M.Yefimov, S.Kiral, O.Kuzhel, A.Hirshfeld, O.Dubinin, M.Khmil, H.Kryvosheia, b.Rozenblat and O.Nechaiev) with a view to simplify the procedure of dissolution of legal persons. In particular, it is suggested amending articles 35 and 37 of the Law “On State Registration of Legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors”.

Committee members took the unanimous decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety.

Apart from this, the people’s deputies considered the draft law on the change of the system of economy management that was referred to implement the Coalition Agreement, signed by the people’s deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of VIII convocation. 

The bill (Reg. No. 1069) (authors: people’s deputies O.Prodan, O.Bielkova and O.Yurynets) stipulates suspending provisions of several legislative acts of Ukraine in line with the list attached in regard to licensing documents received by subjects of entrepreneurial activity that determine other norms regulating economic activity.

Following the results of consideration, the Committee recommended the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety.
