The Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions in Ukraine” and several other laws of Ukraine re arranging payment for victims of political repressions

The bill (Re. No. 1170) was elaborated with a view to abolish
restriction of rights of rehabilitated Ukrainian citizens regarding paying them
money compensation for illegal imprisonment.
