The Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction recommends that the Parliament adopt in the second reading and in entirety the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re ensuring activity of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the National Agency for Preventing Corruption which was prepared for the second reading

During elaboration of the bill (Reg. No. 1660-д), the Committee received 243 amendments, 64 of which were took into account.  

Under the suggested version, President of Ukraine will appoint to and dismiss from their post the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau with the consent of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
