The bill (Reg. No. 1464) suggests establishing that a person receives a membership in personal farming on the day that a respective executive body or local self-government body adopts a decision to allocate a land plot for personal farming, or on the day of concluding a lease of a land plot for the purposes established by law.
Under the bill, members of personal farms can also be family members or relatives that are living together with a person who has been allocated a land plot for personal farming.
It is suggested to establish that people under 16 years can not be members of personal farming.
The bill includes a norm under which if a person terminates their membership in personal farming, they submit applications to a village, township or city council.
