The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on ensuring protection of property rights of shareholders

The bill (Reg. No. 1839) suggests introducing amendments to the Law "On Joint Stock Companies".

Moreover, amendments are suggested to be made to Economic Procedure Code and Civil Procedure Code that introduce mandatory order of collecting unpaid dividends.
