The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re regulating issues on financing measures for improving safety of nuclear power plants)

The bill (Reg. No. 1394) determines that operating organization (operator), in line with the provisions of the Nuclear Security Convention, includes expenditures on implementation of measures for improving safety of nuclear power plants, to the energy tariff that shall be approved by the national commission exercising state regulation in the sphere of energy and communal services.
