The bill (Reg. No. 1599) stipulates amending and supplementing the laws “On Farming Enterprise” and “On Family-Operated Farm” with a view to establishing legal, economic and social preconditions for transformation of personal agricultural industry into family farming enterprises.
Adoption of the bill will promote “elimination of the existing tax barriers that arise in the course of the sale of products grown by peasant farm households, and will contribute to bringing significant segment of agricultural products out of the shadows.”
