The bill suggests expanding the scope of persons entitled to the right to receive a voucher to maintain competitiveness;
changing the order of funding public works;
stipulating measures on strengthening social protection of internally displaced persons, etc.
Respective amendments shall be made to the laws "On Employment of Population", "On mandatory state social insurance against unemployment", and "On the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons".
