Under the Resolution, the bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (re immunity of people's deputies of Ukraine and judges) is submitted to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to receive opinions on its compliance with articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine suggests that the Constitutional Court of Ukraine acknowledge consideration of the bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (re immunity of people's deputies of Ukraine and judges) as urgent.
