The bill (Reg. No. 1107) aims to refine legal regulation of water relations in the part of securing free access of citizens to coastal water bodies for general water use.
The document stipulates amending the Water Code, to the Land Code, to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, as well as the laws “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” and “On Local State Administrations”.
