The Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on the status of the EU Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine), concluded on November 17, 2014 in Brussels, comes into force on the day diplomatic channels receive the last written notification saying that the Parties have completed all internal procedures necessary for enactment of this Agreement.
The Agreement aims to establish international treaty framework to initiate the work of the EU Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine in Ukraine and determine the status of EUAM and its personnel in Ukraine.
This Agreement shall be applied only on the territory of Ukraine.
