There are no decisions of NSDC on introducing martial law, so there will be no such issue in the Parliament's agenda. Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stressed this when answering questions of journalists during the briefing on Monday.
Volodymyr Groysman claimed that martial law "will change nothing" from the viewpoint of "army, funding, defence capacity". He also stressed that the Verkhovna Rada will adopt the laws promoting defence capacity of the country.
