The Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to article 16 of the Law “On State Awards of Ukraine” (re depriving of state awards)

The bill (Reg. No. 1211) suggests
broadening the basis for depriving prizemen of the respective state awards; determining
those who raised the issue of depriving of state prizes to the President of
Ukraine; and regulating the procedure of depriving of state awards.
