The Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft resolution on changes in the administrative and territorial division of Luhansk Oblast and delineation of Popasniansk and Slovianoserbsk regions of Luhansk Oblast

The document (Reg. No. 1601) suggests altering boundaries of Popasniansk
and Slovianoserbsk regions of Luhansk Oblast with a view to arrange
administrative and territorial relations in the condition of antiterrorist
operation on the territory of Luhansk Oblast; and provide public vital activity
in the village of Zholobok of Frunze village council of Slovianoserbsk
region.
