It was stated at the Committee's meeting that the bill (Reg. No. 1200) suggests complying the order of continuing, changing or terminating compulsory medical measures with requirements of article 95 of the Criminal Code.

The bill suggests amending article 514 of the Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. changing the term "submission" for the term "application".

The Committee members believe adoption of the bill will allow eliminating inconsistencies between article 514 of the Criminal Procedure Code and article 95 of the Criminal Code regarding the ways of continuing, changing or terminating compulsory medical measures.
