This Law aims at establishing additional guarantees on protecting housing and property rights of citizens residing on the territories of ATO and those citizens who have been temporarily relocated to other populated areas of Ukraine.
The Law established a moratorium for the period of time, determined in article 1 of this Law, on forced sale of accommodation of citizens stipulated in article 1 of this Law.
