The bill suggests liquidating the system of general jurisdiction courts which specialize in economic cases, creating district courts for civil and criminal cases, decreasing the number of administrative posts in courts.
The draft suggests forming a new version of the Law "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges" and amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, Economic Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code, Code of Administrative Proceedings, Criminal Procedure Code, Laws "On the High Council of Justice", and "On Access to Judicial Decisions".
The bill was registered under No. 1497.
