The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re regulating activity of chaplain in authorities and institutions under management of State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine)

The Committee members upheld the bill provided words "re regulating activity of chaplain in authorities and institutions under management of State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine" are changed for words "re regulating activity of pastoral counselors in authorities and institutions under management of State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine".
