The bill (Reg. No. 1059) suggests prolonging the possibility of applying the determined mechanism for accepting into service construction objects built without construction permit until December 31, 2015.
Following the results of discussion of the bill, Committee members noted that its adoption will allow refine the mechanism for accepting into service construction objects built without construction permit. This will help alleviate social tension and reduce time and cost of the respective procedures.
The people’s deputies believe that implementation of key provisions of the bill will allow reduce the scope of unauthorized construction and secure the possibility of implementing the right of property to construction objects built without construction permit.
