The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On measures aimed at promoting banks capitalization and restructuring"

The Law is aimed at protecting economic security of the country, increasing financial capacity of banking system of Ukraine, increasing the level of trust in it, and applies to banks that require additional capitalization.

The Law was adopted with consideration of amendments.

Respective bill was registered under No. 1564.
