As it was mentioned during the discussion that the bill (Reg. No. 1173) was elaborated aiming to regulate activity on artificial change of atmospheric phenomena for commercial purposes which leads to negative developments in the quantity of precipitation.
By amending article 16 of the Law "On atmospheric air protection", the bill suggests establishing at a legislative level the term of permit for one year for carrying out economic activity connected with artificial change of the atmosphere state and atmospheric phenomena.
During the consideration of the bill, remarks of Central Scientific Expert Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat were taken into account.
