The bill suggests:
including additional import duty to special types of duty;
determining that additional import duty is established by a separate law;
exempting products of humanitarian, international, technical assistance and products that are imported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS from, Tuberculosis and Malaria from special duties taxation.
Respective amendments shall be made to the Customs Code of Ukraine.
