The Committee on Public Health considered the draft law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015 during its meeting

Following the results of consideration, Committee members took the decision to suggest the Committee on Budget the following:

increase by 100% the amount of official salary for medical workers working in state and communal health care institutions since January 1, 2015; 

stipulate funds for continuing pilot project on partial reimbursement of costs of medicinal products for treatment of people with hyperpiesis at the level of 2014, under a new budgetary programme;

stipulate expenditures in the amount of UAH 4,5 billion for reforming health care system in general and introducing a pilot project on reforming health care systems in Vinnytsia, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts and in Kyiv;

stipulate expenditures in the amount of UAH 300 million for installation of autonomous heating systems in state and municipal health care institutions, etc.
