The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine (re reforming inter-budget relations)

The draft Law (Reg. No. 1557) suggests regulating budgetary legal relations connected with introduction of a new model of financial provision of local budgets and inter-budget relations; strengthening responsibility of main spending units of budgetary funds; and operation of budgetary system of Ukraine in the special period.
