The bill (Reg. No. 1406) suggests specifying provisions of several existing legislative acts.

In particular, the document amends the Law “On the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine”; settles the issue of cooperation of the National Anticorruption Bureau with the internal affairs bodies, the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as other law-enforcement and state bodies; and broadens Bureau’s jurisdiction.

The bill includes also changes to the Economic Code, the Code on Administrative Infringements and the Law “On State Registration of Legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors” in order to adjust terminology used in these legislative acts with the terminology introduced by the Law “On prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of the proceeds from crime or terrorism financing, as well as financing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.”

The suggested provisions of the bill also aim at refining provisions of the Law “On Corruption Prevention.”
