The Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis and in entirety each of the submitted bills on recognizing the Law of Ukraine "On special order of local self-government in separate regions of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts" as void

The bill (Reg. No. 1011) suggests recognizing the Law of Ukraine "On special order of local self-government in separate regions of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts" of September 16, 2014 No. 1680-VII as void. At the same time, the bill (reg. No. 1011-1) suggests instructing the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to comply its regulatory legal acts with this Law.

During the discussion, the Committee members took into consideration the conclusions of the Main Scientific Expert Office of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat.

The Committee adopted the decision unanimously.
