By amending article 5 and annexes 2 and 3 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014", the bill (Reg. No. 1125) suggests:
increasing the national debt limit as of the end of the year by UAH 161392,4 mln;
increasing national borrowings by UAH 13842,99 mln and expenses for principal repayment of national debt by the same sum without changing the limit of the state budget deficit;
reallocating expenditures of the state budget general fund in the amount of UAH 3044,4 mln.
During the December 17 meeting, the Committee considered the abovementioned bill; following the results of consideration, it adopted the decision to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety as a law with consideration of proposals outlined in the Committee's letter of conclusions.
