The Committee on Financial Policy and Banking suggests submitting to the Verkhovna Rada the draft resolution on the report of the Chairperson of the National Bank of Ukraine

At the Wednesday meeting, Committee Chairperson Serhii Rybalka claimed the draft resolution includes three clauses: grant a hearing to the Chairperson of the National Bank of Ukraine on the monetary market of Ukraine; following the results of the discussion, recognize work of the Chairperson as unsatisfactory; address the President of Ukraine with the request to submit for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada the issue on dismissing V.Hontarieva from her post.

The Committee also adopted a decision to address the National Bank of Ukraine with a request to provide the information on the bank refinancing.

Moreover, a working group, which includes NGO representatives, was created. 

S.Rybalka claimed the Committee is ready to become a platform for a dialogue and compromise between all the Parties in order to solve the problem of restructuring of foreign currency loans and other problems of participants of "Financial Maidan". In his words, the Committee will invite for participation representatives of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, and key parliamentary committees.
