Acting President of Ukraine, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov will participate in a mourning event in connection with the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repression (National historical and cultural reserve “Bykivnyanski graves”).
