Organizer: The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government under the auspices of the Parliamentary Development Project II, Council of Europe's Programme “Strengthening Local Democracy and Support to Local Government Reforms in Ukraine” and Swiss-Ukrainian Decentralization Support to Ukraine project (DESPRO).
People’s deputies of Ukraine, representatives of state authorities, bodies of local self-government as well as leading associations, non-governmental organizations, scientists and experts are invited to participate in the round table discussion.
