- On draft law No. 3783 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to limitation of farmlands that can simultaneously be lease and/or subleased by one lessee or other persons lessee controls);
- On draft law No. 3738 "On amendments to Article 129 of Land Code of Ukraine" (as to simplification of sale of municipal land plots to foreign legal entities);
- On draft law No. 3080 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to development of land lease relations and increase of efficiency of use of state and municipal farmlands)
- On draft law No. 4355-1 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to expansion of authorities of local self-government bodies to manage land resources and toughening of state control over use and protection of lands);
- On draft law No. 4200 "On moratorium on change of designated purpose of recreation land plots beyond population centers;"
Draft laws the Committee is not bound to consider:
- On draft law No. 2437a "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to assistance in development of small and mid-sized businesses engaged in winemaking in Ukraine);
- On draft law No. 2797 "On amendments to Penal Code of Ukraine" (as to illegal hunting and fishing);
- On draft law No. 2902 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to adjustment of issues of elaboration of land projects that ensure ecological and economic assessment of crop rotation and regulation of lands).
